The INSURANCE BAR is a directory of general insurance practice law firms devoting the majority of their practice to insurance defense litigation, trials, investigations, adjustments, etc. (no collections). The INSURANCE BAR is arranged in three sections. The first section is the Index of Insurers. Updated annually, this section lists over 5,000 insurance companies operating in the USA including the names of claims personnel, addresses, etc. The second section is the General Directory, which is arranged alphabetically by state, city and firm name. This section is intended as a quick reference for firm information or as an overview of a state or city. The third section is the Firm Background, which is a very detailed listing of preferred subscriber law firms including partners, associates, practice description, clients and association memberships. This section’s emphasis is placed on attorney litigation information. Maps, indexes, district courts, industry-related charts, and much more are included.
